Anna elevates heart-led organizations and entrepreneurs through design, strategy, and coaching. She sees in color what most people see in black and white. She was instrumental in the expansion of a Latino statewide foundation in California and currently leads Artesanna, a graphic design and purpose coaching agency with global reach. Her clients have been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, The Washington Post, NPR, among others.
Through creativity, she works with social justice organizations to enhance their brand, communicate impact, and creates graphic recordings for meetings and conferences. Her artistry also includes murals and paintings because she believes beauty is an essential part of human evolution.
Through coaching, she works with driven humans to embody their purpose through somatics and mindset work. Her teachers include Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, and Sahara Rose. She believes in the power of coaching because she has experienced firsthand how to design our reality through tools and practices.
Anna is also the Director of Community Engagement for People Power, a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to create a new equity-centered model for identifying and developing talent to power the movement for social justice. Through the work of People Power, she sees a bridge between possibility and long lasting impact for social liberation. As a Peruvian immigrant, she also knows firsthand the nuances that exist when navigating employment and therefore affirms the value of their mission. She is eager to continue to share this work and elevate leaders in the movement.
In her previous role as Visual Communications Director for the Latino Community Foundation (LCF) , a role she held for 7 years, she developed dynamic visual storytelling to strengthen the brand, increase statewide and national visibility, and engage new partnerships. During her time in LCF, fundraising grew from $5.5M to $19.6M annually, and she was a leader in the annual Gala that gathered 700+ intersectional guests and raised $1M annually. A highlight during her time there was reaching 31 million people for the Latino Vote and Census campaigns through websites and billboards. She was also instrumental in the growth of the Latino Giving Circle Network, a $1.85M donor portfolio of the largest Latino donor network in the country. She holds deep love and gratitude for her time at LCF.
Anna is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a Bachelor’s in Advertising, Public Relations and Graphic Design from Chapman University. Growing up in Peru, Anna learned firsthand the importance of collective liberation and the richness of embracing diversity.
In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, spending time at the beach, traveling, and nesting in Miami with her partner.
